Where To Start With SSIC and Real Estate Investing
New members to the SSIC community come from all sorts of backgrounds and experience (or non-experience) in real estate investing. We offer a range of programs that cover everything that you need to know about real estate investing, from finding properties, to funding your projects to finding contractors. Start With Our Free Workshop
Our Free Real Estate Investing Workshop is a strategic overview of real estate investing: how you fit into real estate investing, how you can succeed plus an overview of what SSIC has to offer. It is perfect for the new real estate investor and those looking to break into real estate investing. Experienced real estate investors also find this event very useful to get introduced to a strategic planning approach to real estate investing and to get a better understanding of the SouthSide Investment Club. Our Real Estate Investing Workshop is a FREE event and does not require a membership to the SSIC.
Monthly Speaker Series and Case Studies
On the second Thursday of every month we host a meeting for all of our premium members where they can network to find new deals, connect with contractors that specialize in rehabbing and learn from our featured speaker about relevant topics and latest projects.
