Mr. Smith has been a full-time Real Estate Investor for the past 8 years. His primary focus and passion is rehabbing properties to maximize their greatest profit potential. Prior to and during his early Real Estate career, Craig was a commercial construction project manager. Utilizing his past project management and construction experience, he consistently has as many as six active rehabs at any given time, with many of those projects receiving added value via second story additions and dormers. He also holds many properties in his rental portfolio and wholesales when he is too busy to take on additional deals. Mr. Smith has equal passion for helping others, Real Estate, and the construction process.
