As you know, the Real Estate Market is red hot… we are at 2006 pricing and in some areas beyond that.  However, some area’s haven’t caught up yet.  The rental market is strong, rates are low, it’s a seller’s market… 

Come out to find out national stats of where the market stands, and also local numbers, hot spots in town, what sellers and buyers are facing, and more.

Our panelists are:

Ray Hemmenway, appraiser extraordinaire.  Buyers are ahead of appraisers right now, he will be sharing with us WHY that is, and how we can position ourselves to over come appraisal issues.

Mike Luntz, Realtor.  Mike sells homes all over Saint Louis and St. Charles, and he sells a lot of them.  He has his finger on the pulse of the market and he will be on hand to share his experiences in this seller’s market.

Jenifer Garcia, Realtor.  Jenifer is the broker for Garcia Properties, a South Saint Louis Real Estate POWERHOUSE.  Specializing in high end historic renovations, and selling historic homes, if you see a house with a Garcia sign on it, you can bet it’s amazing inside.  With a passion for Saint Louis, Jenifer will be on hand to help us be in the know when it comes to the Saint Louis City Market.
